BIOHACKING CLINICKYIV, UAGOOGLE + META· ~2 YEARS

Biohacking Clinic.
522 leadsin 3 months.

Ukraine's first biohacking and stem-cell clinic, only a few months old, needed to fill its rooms — with high-ticket procedures ($2,000–$4,000+) most people had never heard of and were skeptical about. The answer was a funnel: lead with accessible services, educate the market, then let the clinic upsell the rest.

How do you sell $4,000 therapy nobody's heard of? At Ukraine's first biohacking clinic, cold ads straight to the high-ticket procedures struggled — so we led with accessible $25–$100 services (diagnostics, body scans, IV drips) and educated the market, then let the clinic upsell. Across Google and Meta it brought 522 leads in three months, with the best entry service converting at 11.21%.

THE CHALLENGE

Where they were stuck.

This was Ukraine's first biohacking clinic — only a few months old — selling procedures most people had never heard of: biohacking packages from $2,000 and stem-cell therapy from $4,000.

Running ads straight to those high-ticket procedures was hard. The treatments were unfamiliar, the prices were serious, and Ukrainians were understandably skeptical of both.

The clinic needed a steady flow of real clients through the door — without burning budget trying to sell $4,000 therapy to people who'd never heard of it.

WHAT I DID

The play, step by step.

01

Built the site + landing pages

Helped develop the clinic's website and dedicated landing pages for each ad campaign — somewhere the traffic could actually convert.

02

Tested every service

Ran direct traffic to each procedure across Google and Meta — high-ticket and low — to see what people would actually book.

03

Led with accessible services

Pivoted to promote affordable entry services ($25–$100): diagnostics, 3D body scans, facial skin scans, and vitamin / anti-jet-lag IV drips — to bring real people into the clinic.

04

Educated the market

Warmed up a skeptical audience — explaining the procedures, translating US research and interviews with celebrities who already used them.

05

Let the clinic upsell

That warm, in-clinic traffic was then converted into the high-ticket procedures — biohacking from $2,000 and stem-cell therapy from $4,000.

06

Built measurement + CRM

Set up the full analytics stack, helped implement the CRM, and trained the staff to run it — so every lead and sale was tracked.

THE RESULT

522 leads in three months — and a clinic full of clients.

Leading with accessible, low-cost services and educating the market created a steady flow of real visitors; the clinic then upsold them into its high-ticket biohacking and stem-cell procedures. The best entry service converted at 11.21%. We worked together for about two years — until the clinic, sadly, had to close because of the war.
